At present, the DC power supply used in China's power system is also gradually changing from the traditional phase-controlled power supply to the modular high-frequency. The working principle of high-frequency switching power supply rectifier: AC power is connected to the rectifier module, turned into DC after filtering and three-phase full-wave rectifier, and then connected to the high-frequency inverter circuit, which converts DC into high-frequency AC, and then outputs smooth DC after high-frequency transformer, rectifier bridge and filter. This high-frequency switching power supply mainly consists of high-frequency switching charging module, centralized monitor and battery pack, etc., where the charging module and centralized monitor have built-in microprocessor and high degree of intelligence.
During normal operation of the high-frequency system, the output of the charger runs in parallel with the battery bank to supply power to the regular load, while the battery is floating charged to supplement the self-discharge of the battery. When the AC power input is interrupted, the battery bank supplies power to the load to ensure continuous and uninterrupted power supply to the load. When the AC power supply is restored to normal, the system automatically charges the battery evenly to quickly replenish the electrical energy after the battery is discharged in large quantities.
